TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRINT DELIVERY COST.
Fine art giclee prints are available with free UK post and packaging. For international orders, delivery is set at one single price determined at point of order. Please note that international delivery cost may increase depending on external influences, any changes will be advertised on this page accordingly.
DELIVERY
Fine art prints are printed to order and dispatched within 5 - 10 working days from point of ordering, although please allow up to 14 days for delivery. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on delivery destinations, with shipping timescales subject to change due to international circumstances and events outside of our control. We do however aim to deliver within the 14 day window.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payments through the secure payment system from all debit/credit cards, Paypal and Apple pay via the online store facility. This ensures all payments are secure for orders placed and processed through this online gallery. Please note that full payment will need to be received for all goods prior to any order being processed and dispatched.
ORIGINAL PAINTING
Original paintings are available from the online gallery as listed, with new work becoming available periodically. To purchase an original painting, contact must be made via email or online form to the gallery to express interest in a piece. The price of the original work will be given along with the method of payment, postage etc. Please note that original paintings will only be processed and dispatched when full payment has been received for the selected work, unless otherwise specified and agreed by the gallery.
ORIGINAL PAINTING POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Original paintings are shipped in secure packaging to securely protect your chosen piece. Within the UK, these orders are dispatched within 7 working days of the payment being received, international orders may take up to 14 days from time of payment being received.
PRICING
Original paintings and print prices are advertised inclusive of UK postage. For international orders, delivery is subject to additional shipping fee and excludes destination taxes, of which will be added at the end of the transaction.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Please note that for international orders, taxes relivent to the specific country are the responsibility of the customer on receipt of goods.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event of an original painting or fine art print being damaged through transit, the damaged item can be sent back to the gallery within 30 days of order, whereby a full refund will be offered. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept any returns for refund.
GALLERY CHANGES
The artist, Andrew Lucas and The Andrew Lucas Gallery reserves the right to amend or withdraw availability of work without prior notice. New work is added as the paintings/prints become available, and these will be updated accordingly onto the gallery.
COPYRIGHT
All images are protected by copyright of the artist, Andrew Lucas. Artwork may not be reproduced in anyway without explicit prior consent of the artist. Any work sold being in original form or reproduction, copyright is still owned by the artist exclusively. The artist, Andrew Lucas also has exclusive rights to reproduce any sold work in the form of giclee/fine art prints, greeting cards and any other such reproduction of work, virtual or physical without any prior consent from other parties.
COMMISSIONS
Commission work must have prior agreement from the artist and customer in regard to subject, size and cost before any work will commence. Changes cannot be made in regard to size, subject and cost from the original order, once a commission has begun. A deposit of 25% of the overall agreed price must be made prior to any work commencing. For international tax purposes, these taxes are the sole responsibility of the customers destination country. Please note that commission work is dispatched when full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified and agreed by the gallery.
